Ordered and payed for item on 18th…

Ordered and payed for item on 18th December on 24 - 48 hr delivery , had no confirmation of order , received confirmation and tracking number on 25/12/25 the tracking number does not exist , contacted numerous
Times via there contact us website form with no answer still not heard off them as of today 10/1/26 now will contact trading standards .
Stay well clear of this thieving tin pot company , lying dishonest, incompetent and ignorant .

Atrocious Service

Ordered this as a Christmas present. Stupidly didn’t check Trustpilot for reviews first.

Boxbollen Uk advertised and promised 48 hour tracking and delivery.
We are on day 4 and no sign of parcel being despatched. Evri are still waiting for it.
Already sent 2 emails that haven’t been acknowledged. Shocking customer service.
Not even a cheap product. I will be more careful next time I buy presents online.
My advice to you is, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Very poor experience

Product is great but the customer service appears to be non-existent. Having had one as a gift and loved it I ordered 3 from the Boxbollen UK website on Dec 10 for Christmas presents. I did not receive the promised text message confirmation or anything by email. I know my payment has gone through as I checked with my card company. Delivery is supposed to be in 2 days, nothing has arrived. There is no tel number for them, just an email address for queries. I have now sent 2 emails without reply. I know the payment has gone through as I checked with my card company. At present I have no idea if my order will be for made before Christmas or at all. Very poor service.
Update - I've received delivery but never did get a confirmation of the order beforehand and had no reply to either email I sent.
