We've had a great experience since moving our SEO and PPC management over to boxchilli. In the last six months our organic has grown hugely allowing us to bring down the amount we spend on google ads.

Since we started working with boxchilli we have nothing but a positive experience. Boxchilli created a website for my florist. We are event and celebrations florist. Our website was designed to incorporate national flower delivery system and in-house ordering system. We maintained a top place in local searches, even beating the national flower delivery service results. It had a fantastic impact on our business. The staff at Boxchilli were always helpful and polite, especially dealing with us tech-phobes!

As per the other review, we had invested lots of money in a website redesign, promises of "top google searches" etc. Despite paying £2040 a month, very little monthly work was performed, and we often had to provide "web ready" proofs which we could have uploaded ourselves. PPC was enabled without discussion with us, resulting in a huge bill.

Despite promises, we did not see a single opportunity convert. I'd recommend doing enhanced due diligence and agreeing staged checkpoints where progress / promises can be measured. Overall I wasn't impressed and we terminated the contract at the start of Q4 2024. We moved the site to be self hosted, and continue to update it effectively. To add to this, another review appeared on the 14th of May with 5 stars, and within 1 hour a response from boxchilli !! Almost as if it was a fake made up review, or maybe just coincidence. The other poor review didn't receive any response, neither did my review, most bizzare! Alongside today's review 14th Mayi received a note from Trust pilot asking for further info on this review, as if BoxChilli were trying to take it down.

We worked with boxchilli for approximately 6 months and the relationship has ultimately ended with our adwords account operating at 0% conversion.

This went on for 3 weeks without them noticing. When I raised it with them, Instead of taking any action or responsibility, they deflected blame onto a landing page created by a third party (on their advice) and used it as a reason to terminate the contract.

We’ve instructed a new agency, who within hours found the real problem (a captcha form update on the original webpage). Save yourself the hassle and pick a marketing agency that take their customers seriously and proactively manages the accounts rather than sitting on a monthly payment.
