Been waiting over two weeks for a reply for another issue yet no response and this morning seems theyre services are fully down, including my email. Perfect!!

Seems the deal was too good to be true!

no support.. today the hosting is not working... my multiple sites is hosted all is locked and nothing working.. is boxhosting is closed??? any emails u guys can share

I'd give them 0. No-one answers support, multiple problems with my hosting and trying to fix a website issue. They clearly do not care!

Horrible after the sales support, i.e., totally and utterly nonexistent. Their trouble ticket system is broke (you click on URL and it is broken so you can’t submit a trouble ticket). They have no phone number or instant chat and they do not respond to emails. Crazy in the extreme. You get what you pay for and in this case I threw my money down the drain.

I finally managed to get into contact with this firm after weeks of repeated emails to them. A nice fellow named "Simon" ended up resolving my problems, but it shouldn't have taken so long, so many emails that went unanswered, etc. Now that Simon has my account fixed however, I can now submit online trouble-ticket request (if needed...now I don't need to since they resolved my issues & fixed my ability to also get access to the trouble-ticket system, etc.). Hopefully nothing ever goes wrong with this firm again (knock on wood). The price of about $70 USD for a 10 year hosting service is still truly superb IMO, but it doesn't come without some cost, i.e., all the above mentioned things).

Great support knowledge and customer service when I have an SSL & other website issue request submitted.

I have setup and designed four other Sites in the past. One server was hacked, off-shore, NO REFUND. Another server slapped their code onto the bottom of the Index page for advertising. Some cheap price... BoxHosting came through with ALL the extras, SSL and everything else a pro or newbie would want, or need for their setup, all included. When I needed minor questions answered, even on a weekend, they we're there. My pages load very fast, even with all of the graphics I load in. I can't recommend them enough.

I have opted for hosting package yesterday. My website is not functional even after 24 hours. And the worst thing is no reply to support tickets, no online chat is working. I raised three tickets. But no response.

For the past six months, I have been a BoxHosting customer, and I can't be happier! They have excellent products, and their service and support are impeccable at very affordable prices. I had no downtimes, and a few very minor problems that came up were straightforward to fix. The quality is also a high standard, which in those days is a breath of fresh air. Everything fast, good control panel, a lot of access methods, very secure SSH access, and accessible! Only have to improve the storage access speed! (in FTP, for example)

I have used a number of hosting services, and when I moved to BoxHosting, it was the best decision.

The up times has been fantastic and support agents are just the best around. The panel allows seamless migration of your email account. This is a great relief because I basically do nothing and all my old mail accounts are in the new service. No disruption of service at all.

I am a new user for BoxHosting, so I have just tasted it, but so far it has been working fine. The user interface is different than what I had before but I think it would be easier to users without former experience of hosting. There seems to be good selection of ready to install modules. I tried a photo album tool and it is functional, but perhaps little technical for an average user.

There was a little hickup when I started my registration. For some reason the system accepted a domain name that is registered to an other user and it took some time before I understood that there is a problem. I was little bit complicated to register an other name for my web page.
