I want to start by saying the Kingwood 4x6 table itself is decent. The quality is fair not perfect, as the legs have a slight wobble and the underside of the table isn't as sturdy as I'd expect at this price point but overall I'd give the product itself a 4 out of 5.

Where this company completely lost me was the communication, or more accurately, the total lack of it.

I placed my order and received a single confirmation email. That was the last I heard from them. They told me upfront it would take about three months to receive the table, and I was fine with that. What I wasn't fine with was hearing absolutely nothing for those three months. No build updates, no shipping timeline, no check-ins — nothing. I had to reach out twice on my own just to get a basic status update, and I specifically asked for more consistent communication going forward. That didn't happen.

When the table went past the three-month window, guess who had to reach out again? Me. Then when the order finally shipped, a part was missing. No email explaining the shortage, no heads-up, no apology. Once again, I had to be the one to chase down answers.

Every time I asked for better communication, I got the same generic, canned response. It honestly felt like nobody was actually reading my messages.
In my opinion, this operation feels a little fly-by-night. It's 2026. Most basic CRM systems can send automated order updates production started, order shipped, here's your tracking number. When a customer is spending over a thousand dollars, that bare minimum effort goes a long way toward building trust and confidence. This company doesn't seem interested in doing that.

The table is fine. The experience of buying it was not. I'd seriously consider that before ordering.

BoxDuke completely changed how I organize my collection.

Games sit the way they’re supposed to. No stacking, no box damage, no components spilling everywhere. Everything is clean, visible, and easy to grab.

The build quality is solid, setup is straightforward, and the adjustable design makes it easy to scale as your collection grows.

The only downside is that it ruins every other storage solution.

Bottom line:
If you care about your games, this is the upgrade.

They were extremely helpful and managed to get me the product much more quickly than anticipated. I have had boxthrone for years and love how it looks and its ease of use over traditional shelves.

The table is great for the price.

My wife ordered a Kingswood 4'x6' gaming table in Wizardly Walnut as a Christmas present for me back in the middle of December. The estimated wait time was about 3 months. The table just arrived last week which put us at like 3 months and one week, so pretty in target with their estimate. I'm my experience, that RARELY happens.

It came in four boxes via FedEx overnight. The boxes were pretty banged up as expected, but everything was so well packed, there wasn't a scratch anywhere to be found. The table was incredibly easy to assemble and every component feels high quality. Once fully assembled, it's truly a gigantic beautiful table.

Overall, I've had a great experience with BoxKing and will absolutely purchase for m more items from them in the future.

Item arrived swiftly and well packaged. It came in 2 seperate boxes so some confusion at first but it’s understandable considering the weight. The shelving unit was easy to assemble with clear instructions. It’s sturdy and durable and I’m really pleased with it

I got the game pillar from boxking. It's super sturdy made with a really thick gauge metal. It was easily to assemble and provides the perfect centerpiece to my gameroom to display my favorite games or the games I most play!

Backed their Kickstarter for the Kingswood Gaming Table. I got what I ordered, even if a bit late. Having things be delayed a bit on a Kickstarter is (sadly) kind of how it goes, so I didn't get too upset about it. Communication with support email on shipping updates was find, and I always got a friendly and helpful response within a business day. The product is excellent and I really do LOVE the table!

I received a set of dice trays from BoxKing and the quality is great! They have a soft velvety lining to minimize noise and they unsnap to store flat. Throughout the fulfillment process, BoxKing Customer Service stayed in close communication with me to alert me when the product shipped and when it was delivered, and to make sure there were no issues.

I also placed an order on Kickstarter for a hex game table to be delivered in July from this company and have been very impressed with my interactions with them thus far in their responsiveness in answering my questions and with taking my suggestions about the product into consideration.

I got the Ironside table with the bar height leg extenders and cup holders on Black Friday. Price was excellent and it can with a free random accessory, which ended up being the cork D&D coasters. The coasters are fun and well made. Customer service was quick to respond to questions and shipping was faster than I expected. I absolutely love the table and it was very easy to setup. Overall, great company with great products.

I ordered my Kingswood table November 26th, 2025. It arrived January 22nd, 2026. It went together super easy. The instructions were easy to understand. The boxes were a little damaged but the table was in perfect condition. The color is great and the chairs I purchased from Boxking are the perfect fit. I am very happy with my purchase.

The wooden card holders are a game changer for us! They’re beautiful and a nice weight, and perfect for holding cards with two levels. We also really love the wooden magnetic token holders. Functional and beautiful all in one.

We bought the ironside 2.0 table with cup holders.

Shipping took about two weeks from order to doorstep- over the holidays so that’s not bad. We also ordered an extension- but decided to cancel because the regular table was the perfect size. Customer service was very quick and responsive.

Installation was super simple and took about 20 minutes - table is very sturdy and looks pretty good in our space! Looking to buy more accessories soon.

I got the three-piece set of wooden token holders and let me tell you, THEY ARE AMAZING! They look gorgeous, and have enough room to hold tokens from many different games. Not only that, but they have magnets that hook them together in a variety of different orientations to keep everything within reach. I LOVE them!

I purchased my table from BoxKing in February 2025. At the time, I didn’t realize the tables were being produced in waves and wouldn’t arrive until June. Once I understood the timeline, that delay was perfectly fine. Communication early on felt a bit stilted, but over the past few months it has improved significantly. Customer service has become much easier to access through their Facebook group, which also provides a great way to connect with other customers who own the same products and share ideas.

The table I purchased is the Ironside 2.0. I initially didn’t realize the table itself was metal (yes, I know—Ironside is right there in the name). This table is heavy, extremely sturdy, and fairly simple to assemble with two people. The recessed portion of the table sits flat, with everything flushed together seamlessly. The mats fit perfectly, which makes gameplay much smoother and more enjoyable. The wood topper (sold separately) is a beautiful soft wood; however, it’s important to note that it can scratch or dent very easily.
The size of the table is perfect for my family. Some of our games require very little space, so we only need to remove a few of the top panels. Because this table serves as a multipurpose table for just about everything we do, that flexibility is a huge plus. There are extension kits available to make the table longer, as well as kits to shorten or raise the legs. I prefer bar-height tables and may purchase that kit in the future.
I haven’t purchased any accessories yet, but I’m definitely eyeing the cup holders. I’m excited to see how they attach to the sides and how much they improve the overall gaming experience. The table is clearly designed with ease of play in mind, and I’m looking forward to putting those accessories to the test.

There will certainly be future purchases. I look forward to enjoying more products from BoxKing.

I have wanted a premium playmat for a while and finally got one when I got my Boxking game table. The quality of the playmat is incredible. It has made set up and clean up of game night so smooth. It also has aided in the game-play. Picking up cards, quietly rolling dice, sliding game pieces around. I also love the color that I got, which was black. It goes great with my wizardly walnut table. The only negative thing about the playmat that I received was that it didn’t fit smoothly into my game table. I had to trim my mat a little bit to allow it to fit in the table. Overall, I love my playmat and I will never want to play without it again.

We really like our table! It is the 4x6 kingswood table. The quality is very nice and heavy. The order to arrival time was much longer than I liked (3 months+). The building process was pretty good, but the instructions were lacking some details. I reached out to support and they were somewhat helpful.

The Kingswood 4 x 6’ board game table is a tremendous piece of furniture with quality components and is really solid. Definitely worth the wait (it was very clear when I ordered that it would take approximately three months). The website chat customer service can be frustrating, but the email customer service is among the best I’ve experienced. I’m so happy with my purchase and it was very much worth the money and wait.

I purchased a double set of 48 LAX RAX shelves to turn my built in wall shelf into a game storage masterpiece. We purchased our shelves in December 2024 and rebuilt our existing shelves to accommodate the LAX RAX shelves in early 2025. I installed shelves for all 65 games and everything was great for a few weeks. Then shelves started falling. I added more supports for those games, and they still fell. Then I realized I hadn't let my adhesive cure for the required 8 hours before storing my games. I took down every single shelf I had installed. I cleaned the adhesive from my shelves and from the black anchoring pieces. We reordered more adhesive pads from BoxKing. And FINALLY in November 2025, I spent 4 hours rehanging the shelves for about half my games. I let it cure and sit with no weight on it for over 16 hours (double the required time). Everything was beautiful for a week. And then my shelves started collapsing and peeling off my shelving unit again.

I have put HOURS of time into trying to make this work. Redoing in multiple times. The first time, yes that was user error. The third time, that was a product failure. I cannot get my money (or time) back for what I have spent on these "amazing" shelves. But I can stop you from wasting your time and money on them. Find another solution. These are not worth the effort.
