James and team made our latest moving project seamless! They delivered our boxes quickly after ordering and were more than happy to work around our busy schedules to coordinate drop off and pick up.

The plastic crates made packing, transporting and unloading so much easier. The crates are much more secure than cardboard boxes and easier to store and stack during the move.

My cat likes to chew cardboard.. these crates solved that problem!

I really liked the flexibility of being able to add more creates if I needed and being able to hire moving blankets and buy bubble wrap. Cable ties and labels were also provided.

James was great, really helpful throughout. I was moving outside of their collection area but he was still able to accommodate me. James always responded to messages quickly and did what he said he would do.

I unpacked sooner than I thought and James was able to collect the crates.

Overall, an amazing service. 100% would recommend!

Really great communication, using these boxes meant there wasn't a big load of cardboard that I needed to dispose of. The boxes were dropped off at my old house and collected from my new house, really convenient! I thought I would be stuck, as I couldn't see a company that hired crates outside of London and then this company popped up and came to the rescue! I finished unpacking earlier than expected and James came and collected them the same day :)
I would highly recommend whether you are packing your house yourself, or using movers, these crates are brilliant, as is the company.

Used Boxmystuff.co.uk to move my office and 40 staff members belongings to a larger office around 10miles away. Cant fault the experience, James dropped the crates off on time and even allowed us extra time when one of the crates had gone 'walkies' during the move. Would highly recommend this company.

Looking for packing boxes etc for a recent move ( and horrified at the cost), I came across BoxMyStuff, a company based in Fareham. Their innovative idea of replacing flimsy cardboard boxes with strong, black boxes (which they deliver and pick up at the end of your move), was both cost effective and eco friendly. No more cardboard boxes, plastic packaging and tape to dispose of ( and add to landfill). James, the owner of the company also supplies cards & ties to indicate the contents & then to secure the boxes. No more crushed & ripped boxes, no more broken & damaged precious possessions, no more wondering which box the coffee pot is in! Plus, the cost is comparable to the cost of wasteful cardboard boxes & packaging. Very satisfied customer. Thanks James.

James is really helpful and kind. I have used him before and returned to him as the service was so good! The boxes make life soooo much easier when moving, they hold so much, are strong and sturdy so you know your things won’t get crushed, and they stack so they don’t take up much space :) and James is very flexible if you have any issues during the move. He’s been very good to me and I’ll use him again if I move!

If I could recommend this company to any person thinking of moving I will. Such a stress free company who couldn’t do enough. I am never moving with cardboard boxes again the crates were a godsend and James and his company were first class. I will definitely be calling on you again in the future

Can't recommend this company enough. So much easier and better than cardboard boxes, you can fit so much into each box and they stack really well. Excellent value for money, cheaper than buying boxes, and you don't have loads of cardboard kicking about when your done with them.

Excellent service from James. Flexible and convenient delivery. The boxes were very sturdy for a move and it was good to not have cardboard boxes hanging around! The wardrobe boxes were particularly useful so we didn't need to take clothes off hangers

My wife came across BoxMyStuff in a social media platform. We planned to use this service in our move in late December as we want to help reduce cardboard box waste. Yet, a few weeks before the move, I noticed that our future house is just out of their service areas. I left BoxMyStuff a WhatsApp message and James replied that they could sort this out for me. Glad that we could use BoxMyStuff. We ordered 40 crates. They were delivered punctually. James explained to me how to lock the lids and stack empty/loaded crates. Cable ties and nicely designed labels were provided. Our removers loved the way we packed stuffs with crates. We found that it's not just about reducing cardboard waste but enhancing the overall moving experience. The crates were clean and sturdy. It was very easy to rearrange them in a limited space for packing/repacking/unpacking. No more playing with packing tapes. No more deformed cardboard boxes. Highly recommend BoxMyStuff. It's a must go if you're planning a move.

I would give James and Box My Stuff 11 out of 10! An excellent idea - using recycled plastics rather than loads and loads of cardboard! The crates were easy to handle and pack and gave extra security for contents. The removals men loved them! They are easy to stack and mark with contents. James was great - always happy to amend what I needed, when I needed them, and bring crates to me and pick them up as and when required. A brilliant idea - a great little company, very highly recommended.

I cannot fault the amazing service provided by James at BoxMyStuff. What a fantastic idea - hire moving boxes meaning you don't need to buy cardboard boxes, find a way of disposing of them afterwards....so brilliant. James is an example of what true customer service is. Immediate response to all communication (even at the weekend and bank holiday), flexible, really understanding of my needs, nothing too much trouble. So professional and polite and rightly proud of the incredible service he provides. Packing, moving and unpacking was a breeze. The cost was clearly laid out and I feel incredibly reasonable. Lots of optional extras that I wouldn't have though of but were really helpful. Do not ever buy packing boxes again. BoxMyStuff will revolutionise your moving experience.

We used boxmystuff for moving house. There were a lot of companies offering similar services but they were one of the few companies to provide a clear indication of the price upfront without hidden and substantial delivery fees added at the end. Being a local firm this also felt like a plus for us. The booking was easy and the service provided by them after was impeccable and James was helpful and friendly every time we spoke to arrange delivery and collection. I hope I will never move again but wouldn't hesitate to use them if I did!

Booked a 4-bed package (75 boxes) for a removal a couple of weeks ago. The service was great and personal, boxes were delivered and picked up at the arranged times. They were really good to use and easily to pick up and stack. Only issue is that we didn't have enough but that was our fault as we have so much stuff! Would definitely use these again for a future move.
