Delighted as ever with your product - a gift box of 2 very well chosen bottles of red with some Irish made chocolates and cookies, from us to friends celebrating a wedding anniversary. The recipients were thrilled. Only thing was - they didn't know who had sent it, until I told them that a package might be coming in the post. In fact it had already arrived!
2 things here: I was surprised not to recieve emails updating me on when parcel was to be expected. I had hoped to tell them when it was coming and that we had sent it.
The other point concerns the facility on the website to write a gift note. I had many failed attempts to write a nice message and of course say who it was from. Finally I succeeded in only writing Happy anniversary and leaving it at that.
It all turned out well in the end of course and the added element of mystery only added to the fun. 😃
Still it could all have gone so badly wrong!! 🙃

Great idea, we bought a 3 month subscription as a gift, I messed up my order and they were so quick to fix and amend my order. I cannot recommend them highly enough, we will definitely purchase again.

The wine choices are excellent, I've yet to get a bottle of red that I didn't like.
Ordering and delivery is prompt and the company is easy to deal with and the staff are wonderful.

The wine is consistently good and they offer a very personalised service.

Delivery was quicker than expected, which was nice as it was a birthday present. The recipient tells me she's delighted with the quality of the wine.

Enjoyed the wines, but found the customer journey / experience frustrating. I signed up because the idea of an algorithmic selection tailored to my preferences appealed. But I don't see how this will work in practice. The online quiz was hard to complete as pop ups to subscribe / receive a wine gift kept blocking the 'next' button and I don't know if my preferences were ever registered. I also didn't receive the promised wine gifts.

I have enjoyed a wine subscription from Box of Wine for over a year now and have no hesitation in recommending their products and services. My deliveries were always received quickly, with a great selection of wines tailored to my tastes, and I love the quizzes and quote cards included. A box of happiness I say! On occasions where I have contacted the company response times have been fast and professional.

This is an amazing club. Every month we look forward to the fantadtic wine selected by the guys. We have yet to get one that we didn't like. It has helped us branch out in our wine selection, which is somethi6we would never do if we were buying it ourselves in a shop. Keep up the amazing work!
