I love this brand. Have for many years. Own many items! Great sales too! But however this time I bought a pair of trackies and I love them but the thread on the waistband as come out already! Little disappointed because I love them and haven’t washed them yet. But hopefully my Nans sewing skills will do lovely if needed 😊

Purchased items of their website. Money had even left my account. They then cancelled the order because they realised they had listed the price incorrectly and said I can repurchase at a higher price. Disgusting service showing that Boy London has no honour.

I order a sweater hoodie and jogger I ,don’t know what to say , the package outside came in is in good condition, but inside the bag the black boy london tag is damage and look like someone cut the tag , nothing serious

I bought the Eagle Blossom t-shirt in navy and the Myriad Eagle Three-Dimensional t-shirt in pink and grey. I am very pleased with how quickly they arrived (I live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA) and the quality and sizing of the shirts (I wear an XL in US sizing but find that UK/Europeans XLs are often too small for me--that was not the case for these BOY t-shirts--thank you!). The designs are inspired, as well. I do wish, though, that the Myriad Eagle Three-Dimensional t-shirts were accompanied by photo showing the three-dimensionality of the printing--it's something you don't perceive from the front so I was surprised (not entirely pleasantly) when I received the t-shirts. Another note has to do about the price of shipping: $60 for shipping from the UK to the US is extraordinarily high; I often buy from UK and European sources and the pricing for shipping has never been more than $30; indeed, it's often free. Finally: I wish there were more offerings for t-shirts in colors other than black, white, and grey. With all of this said, I am a great fan of Boy London (I have been since the '80s) and I'm pleased with my purchases.

Had a clothes haul from Boy London. Spent £225 and ALL the white T-shirts they sent me were COVERED in stains. It's so gross. They clearly have no quality control set up. Why would you send people clothes like that?

I've sent the clothes back now. I'm waiting for an exchange and them to pay the return postage fee. I'll update this when Boy London have cared to comment and apologise because they haven't responded to my email yet.

EDIT: 2 WEEKS LATER, this company hasn't responded to 4 of the emails I've sent them over the past couple weeks. Getting worried because I sent back roughly about £180 worth of clothes that I KNOW they've received (thanks to track) and I've heard nothing from them.

UPDATE 2:
I called them and they're claiming they never received my return and that they never received any of the 3 emails and 2 webform messages I sent them. I'm waiting for a response but it looks like I'll have to take legal action against them.

If this tells you anything, it's that Boy London is an ingenuine company and will screw you over

FINAL UPDATE:
After the call, I received an email confirming yes, they did receive the clothes and they'll send me the exchange right away. A few days later I received 1 of the 6 items they owed me.

5 emails and 2 phone calls later I have now received all the exchanges plus the postage fee but it took 28 days and A LOT of complaining. If I hadn't continously called them and put them on the spot, they wouldn't have done anything at all due to their massive "backlog of emails" - their words.

The sad thing is all the white tshirts I received have stains on. Not as stained as the ones I sent back but still pretty bad. After all the hassle I really can't be bothered to keep chasing them so I'm going to take the loss.

I can't understand how this company is so highly rated but all their reviews are really old. I hope you read this and know that this is what things are really like as of July 2022. Maybe the company is under new management, but it sucks now.

They gave me a 15% discount code as an apology but I'm not dumb enough to shop with them again and you shouldn't be either

The website is user friendly and the quality of clothing is high quality unlike other brands. My orders where delivered by DHL and they ensure the address was correct and they were delivered within the time frame expected.
