14 day return policy which is written NO where on their website unless it is well hidden! ‘Unquestioned returns’ is a lie!! Do not shop please as the products are unsuitable and not described well on the website and then won’t return after 20 days and in immaculate Re Sellable condition. Unfortunately a case for the ombudsman. So poor and disappointing in this modern day. Get up to date big stuff

Extremely happy with this company. Having ordered the same gaming chair form another company to have the delivery date changed 4 times and then eventually cancelled, I was slightly desperate as was for Christmas present.
Alot of stock, competitive price, multiple colours to choose from, arrived before the expected date, packaged very well and my son loves it! I have used the company for a few previous presents and always the same service. Thankyou
