Enable scam websites.

Openly enabling the scam website ‘horizonsmusic.co.uk’ and allowing Neil Monterio to continue to scam people.

We'd like to respectfully clarify that this review appears to be about Horizons Music rather than services that Bozboz directly provided to you as a customer.

Bozboz did indeed assist Horizons Music with their website development several years ago, along with ongoing domain registration and email services - standard web agency services we provide to many clients. However, we have never been involved in Horizons Music's day-to-day operations, product sales, fulfillment, or customer service.

When concerns about Horizons Music's customer service practices came to our attention in recent months, we took immediate action and ceased provision of any and all services to Horizons Music, including web support, domain management, and email services.

As a web development agency, we build websites and provide technical services, but we cannot be held responsible for how our clients subsequently operate their businesses or treat their customers. We believe it's important to distinguish between technical service provision and business operations.
