Terrible company
Use this company at your peril, customer service is absolutely shocking, cannot contact by telephone, they do not reply to emails, as for the chat line, you cannot even get a reply, I place an order for ABS fittings and pipe £550, I was part delivered and the pipe was the incorrect size. I am at my wits end, The worst company I have ever dealt with

I made an order from this company in the middle of June. Two weeks later they said the items were dispatched but after another two weeks I still haven't received the order. They won't answer the phones or reply to messages. An utter shambles or a scam. I want a full refund.
