Waardeloos hopeloos gewoon.
Elke zending waar Bpost voor iets tussen zit, loopt vertraging op of komt gewoon niet aan. 1 groot prutsbedrijf is het, net zoals hun domme app die enkel dient om van het geklaag van klanten af te zijn. Ook opvolging of hulp krijgen wordt alsmaar moeilijker, je mag betalen maar voor de rest moet je echt niet rekenen op een vlotte afhandeling.
