Brilliant. Always looked after us and gave a yearly quote was always there reminding me another year to start. All documents were mailed and sent in the post too. We are All Vehicle Body Repairers.

Service gone from excellent to poor
Slow to respond, lack of care, incorrect information on forms - poor customer relations and no apology for awful service. It's a pity since I have used them for years but a recent change in staff is not working.

Very good service at renewal their offer saved me over 25% on the previous years premium and considerably more on the current renewal.
Chloe and her colleaguehelped me to get the right policy and cover in place in a short time.
Would have been 5 Stars hadit not been forthe fact i had to chase several times to get payment details and policies sent over.
Will be speaking to themagain at next years renewal.

Have just renewed our Contractors All Risks Combined insurance with BQI once more. The main draw being the excellent service I always receive from Josh Van Allen. He's very proactive and works on our policies well in advance of renewal which is much appreciated. Always on hand to clarify and respond to any queries I may have. Competitive rates and great customer service, recommend without hesitation.
