No dia 6 de maio de 2018 criei um perfil no MadBid e comprei R$1389,99 reais em crédito que, inclusive, já foi debitado de meu cartão de crédito acreditando que poderia fazer bons negócios!!

Entrei no site, chequei os leilões e não gostei das ofertas e do mecabismo facilmente manipulável de vocês, além de inúmeras reclamações na internet!! Com a sensação de estar sendo enganado cancelei meu login e como tenho 7 dias úteis para requerer meu dinheiro de volta de acordo com o código do direito do consumidor, venho por meio desse e-mail fazer essa a solicitação do cancelamento da compra e do estorno do valor, que é alto por sinal.

Gostaria de receber orientações acerca do procedimento e de preferência um contato telefônico. Estou tentando falar no número de contato do site mas sempre diz que estão fora do horário de atendimento!!
