I wouldn’t even give one star I paid £65 and haven’t seen my order or heard from them again hope they get caught very soon they are crooks and thieves

Don't go near these crooks! They'll happily charge you for the order, but you'll never hear back from them again. Proceed immediately to raise a chargeback with your credit card provider and get your money back - you'll then get a tragic email confirming the refund citing "dispute lost". Top clowns.

Goods never received no answer to my emails

Sadly, per other reviews, this appears to be a scam website. Some of it is very convincing - website on first blush appears fine, some products out of stock, some products on sale, relevant articles about certain conditions etc. However, having placed an order and receiving an email confirmation, I heard nothing and have chased via the website and email to no avail. I then did what I ought to have done originally and checked on here…and that’s when I realised the website wasn’t so fine. Per other reviews, it’s unfinished and indeed links to a management team of stock images with names from Suits! I’ve been Litt up…

I placed an order on 9th September, immediate reply and took my payment. Nearly two months later, I have emailed and phoned numerous times - telephone is always an answer machine, emails all ignored.

Spam company. Acknowledged order and took money then no more communication or goods

SCAM SCAM SCAM. IVE BEEN ROBBED.

Bought a brace at the beginning of September and received a confirmation email to say my order had been placed but never got an email to say it had been dispatched. I’ve sent numerous emails and had no response!!
Scam company avoid at all costs.

Ordered a brace for my wife on the 7th September, they took the money and acknowledged the order.

I have sent two requests for an update and no reply.

Looking at the site though, they seem to be a company in the states with a UK email address 🤔

I wish I'd seen the other reviews before ordering.

Order placed 21st August and acknowledged by Brace Nation.
Emails sent 1st, 6th and 8th September requesting update - No response .
Phone number on site is “ not recognised”.
Like other reviewers I seriously doubt I will receive my ordered items.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
I will be happy to update my review if I receive a satisfactory outcome from Brace Nation.

Scam website. Google needs to remove and bracenation needs to get sued!

Scam, do not use, do not send any money. You will not get the product or any communication.
Say goodbye to your money.

Fraudsters, i just paid for an item and it took money from my account without asking for my address for delivery

Have had no notifications regarding dilivery, they have not answered my email. The phone number doesn't work . The links to Facebook don't work. Only thing that has worked is that they have taken the money from my account :0(

Do not use this company. I ordered a knee sleeve from them and I have not received the product and they are not answering any of my emails. On further research - on their company info page - all the employees are characters from the TV program Suits! Definitely a scam website.
