Responsive, helpful and a really good experience
We worked with Clare on a property matter. She was really helpful, responsive and got everything done very quickly. Would highly recommend Brachers.

First time buyer conveyancing
As a first time buyer, working with Karen Goss and the Brachers Conveyancing team was so easy.
The purchase was a lengthy one, but Karen kept us in the loop every step of the way and was great at explaining the issues that cropped up. THANK YOU!!
Have already recommended to several friends.

So far so bad.
I'm so angry with the way I've been treated by Brachers. Ok they have a difficult job to do dealing with recoveries, but poor customer service is not an excuse in any type of situation.
Having been in constant communication with more than one colleague at Brachers, my main point of contact went on holiday. I'd done everything that she'd asked of me and awaited a reply.
While she has been away, I've been sent rude, threatening and frankly bullying emails, despite me responding to the main generic email in 'cc so that someone in her absence would see I've been compliant and am awaiting her reply. But I've had 0 response to any emails asking for clarification or confirming my existing communication.
Brachers; if you want to make people work with you and do a good job collecting funds for your clients, you need to improve your customer service - fast.
Careless, unprofessional and unresponsive
Careless, unprofessional and unresponsive. Very proactive in collecting payments but highly negligent with paperwork. Bracher’s continuously argued that my payments were made late, resulting in interest accrued on my account and significant damage to my credit rating. Evidence provided to show payments were made on time - Bracher’s accepted their monumental error then shockingly lazy in resolving their mistake, resulting in considerable personal and financial distress. Inconsiderate human beings with a complete disregard for basic values and common decency. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Absolutely awful
Brachers LLP have put an CCJ against…
Brachers LLP have put an CCJ against our company for thousands of pounds, when I asked for proof of the debt owed, they provided me with invoices that are issued to a different company and debt which is not owed by us, which I made them aware of there mistake straight away.
I have been chasing this since July 2020 initially they ignored my emails until I sent a email to 30+ directors of the company but unfortunately after continuous emails they keep replying with "I am still awaiting my client’s instructions which I continue to chase." I receive this reply whenever I ask for updates into the situation.
I'm not sure if there client has died or if Brachers are just neglecting the whole situation because they have realised they put a ccj on the wrong company without verifying and reading the documentation provided to them which is there job and what they get paid for .
Very unprofessional company!
