How can Trust Pilot give this company a 1.5 rating when all reviews are 1star? Also why have they not addressed the fact that on this company's website they use the Trust Pilot logo illegally showing over 4000 reviews and a 4 star rating? It means I no longer have any confidence in the Trust Pilot brand

On 18 June 2023 I ordered 2 sizes of the River dress and received them approx 3 weeks later after much chasing from my end. The dresses were not as advertised, were of poor quality material and did not fit. I contacted the company to return the dresses and was initially offered a 30% refund and when I refused it was increased to 50%. I wanted to return the dresses to claim a 100% refund as the dresses were not fit for purpose. On 24 July I posted the dresses to the return address in China given by the company. After nearly 4 months my parcel containing the dresses was returned back to me on 18 November by the post office undelivered. No refund has been received nor any further communication from the company since 27 July. I have emailed a further 3 times in September and October asking for an update and chasing a refund but still no response. It has been a complete waste of time, effort and money dealing with this company!!!

Do not buy from Bradford Outlet. Dresses cheaply made in China and not as illustrated. Returns are to China which you are not aware of when purchasing and costs over £20 to return with tracking code. Although postal slip filled in accurately held in customs in China and no refund. Have paid £70 (£50 dresses + £20 return postage) and have nothing to show for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Shocking service. I paid for a dress, never received it and not received requested refund. Nothing but common thieves. Do not use this company

They do not take returns do not use this company unless you definitely want the clothes.

They are not based in bedford they are in China.

You cannot return to China without a phone number which they will not provide.

They offer you a 30% refund then never reply to you.

You cannot get a refund.

Ordered a dress early August, still not received, website says 5-10 days and not replying to any of my emails

Wish I'd read this first. I too tried to return and sent back to China at a cost of £20 (to get my £80 refund. No surprise...no refund. I was advised to track the parcel and can see it's in customs.....still.

Received dress which was nothing like the picture. Contacted them for a return address but was offered 30% refund. I said I would never wear the dress so required 100% refund and then offered 50% refund but all contact has ceased and 0% refund. Scam company … do not use.

I have had recent dealings with this company, customer service is extremely poor
Luckily I pd via PayPal after going through the resolution process they offered me initially 10% for a parcel I never received - I gave them evidence that I hadn’t received the parcel, there final offer was 45% . I I Asked PayPal to review and I received a full refund

Awful dress. Resembles a nightie

Goods not as described and no response for a return and refund.

24th May 2023 goods ordered charged in Rome to my account on 25th May 2024 "Tracking informed it was coming from China. They are still awaited on 17th August 2023. The respponse from customer service was "Be patient"
I believe this operation to be a scam and the web site taken down

Absolutely appalling company, I trustingly ordered two items they took ages to arrive and when they did the dress did not resemble the one I chose the fabric is thin and cheap and the two piece was tiny and made with cheap fabric. I have emailed them 4 times so far but no reply at all so decided to write a review and saw all the bad reviews which I should have read before I ordered but how are they getting away with this appalling service.

Awful clothing, no customer support or replies to numerous emails and messages asking for a refund.
Using Trustpilot to give consumer confidence is another scam.

Complete waste of money. Based in China. Any return have to be posted to China. Clothes are shockingly poor quality and fit. No refund unless posted back to China via tracked post, I doubt they would accept receipt of item, so more money incurred. Avoid !!!!!!

Absolutely shocking quality. The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture. As previous reviews my order took months to come and the dress resembled a dish rag and the stitching was terrible quality do not buy from this company. I have tried to request return details and they have just ignored me.

If I could give minus 10 stars I would. Like all the other reviews on here the merchandise is so poor and cheap. Ordered a dress, it looks absolutely nothing like the photo, so poorly made that you couldn’t even wear it to bed. I have written numerous emails with no reply. The dress is in the bin where it belongs. What a scam, how is this allowed?

Waited weeks for this jumper. Wrong colour sent. Nothing like the picture. It looked cheap, was thin and nasty. It came screwed up in a plastic bag and was very badly creased. I will never use this company again. Complete waste of money.

SCAM. Ordered red spotty dress ‘River dress’ which looks lovely. Saw via Facebook. Arrived weeks later in a tiny Jiffy bag. Cheap, thin, absolutely nothing like photo. Comes from China. Seen better in Chinese bazaar for £1.99. Complained they eventually let you keep the piece of rubbish if you’ll accept first 30% refund and then upped it to 50%. Do not buy from this lot of scammers. TRUSTPILOT. THEY USE YOUR LOGO. Seemingly you have given them a good 4.5

I bought the Valerie trousers for a supposedly discounted price of £28.99. I asked if I could return it as I thought it did not look like on the picture and the fabric used seems really cheap. They offered me 30%refund and I could keep the trousers, but I wanted the full refund. At that point, they send me the return address which is in China. I my opinion it s a fake discount. And they never say on their website that the return address is in China. Scammers!!
