I have been a member of the Bradford Exchange for gosh well over 20yrs. Everything I have ever purchased/received has been of the utmost quality and in mint condition. I love the unique jewelry and sometimes have a tough time choosing which piece to get. The only thing that I can suggest is offering a secondary length on the chains (necklaces) most are only 20" in length.
