Absolutely poor. Delayed order (months) without justification. Very poor customer service response and BS explanation. I canceled the order after 60 days waiting and being told it would take another 30 before product was shipped. AND now I'm asked to rate the product which I canceled and Bradford's piss poor customer service doesn't even realize it.

I haven't received product yet. I was originally supposed to get by Valentines day then it got postponed until March now I'm supposed to receive in April. I'm totally unhappy with my whole experience. My Valentines day was ruined. If I knew I was gonna have this kind of experience I would have not ordered and saved the heartache.

You send me a survey to rate your product, but I still have not received it. The estimated delivery date keeps on changing. As of now, I wish I could cancel, but won’t let me. All I want is my product.

The Personalizing names were really small. Item was cute The Names Should Be Biger
