I attempted to purchase this twice and both times it was cancelled. I talked with customer service and she stated it was because of an account history tied to our address. I explained to her that we have never had an account and have just recently built on the property that has always been vacant until now. I declined to reorder due gifting was for Mother’s Day and it would not arrive on time. Very unsatisfied. Should not even be an issue because I paid in full both times.
