Im disappointed ive been charged 350 for the rest of the set never received. A l so still fighting for my refund. The worst customer service. They dont call back. They were quick to receive my money but won't return the funds. They keep saying they will cancel my subscription for which I never asked for. I wanted to buy the whole Disney train set That was alll. Now I just want my money back

For the price of the train it seems like figure 1 should come with the track. No track was included and paid the express shipping of $30 extra for it to come days later.

I didn’t see the fine print that the listed price was for only one item instead of the whole train set. And the rest of it comes month by month.

I have received the engine. I have contacted Bradford Exchange asking the dates that I will receive the 3 more shipments for the rest of the cars. I thought it was early September, early October and early November. That was days ago but Bradford has not responded. The date now is September 6 and I have not received any notification that the second car has shipped and of course, no tracking number. I find this frustrating and unprofessional.
