I have only gotten two pieces to this collection . I have spend a lot of money with Bradford. But your phone customer service is in bad condition I was getting duplicate items. And takes so long to get my money back I have few more collections to order but I am waiting till my account is credited and caught up. Your company charges for pieces I have not gotten but it close to a month to get money soo to rate product it is great. Your customer service services needs work.

The product is not as high quality as expected from Bradford Exchange. For price paid, I expected porcelain and the items are just a heavy plastic. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I ordered the entire set and instead I received four pieces of the collection two of them exactly exactly like the first two pieces. I thought I was paying for the entire set, so will I buy any more set get again? I don’t think so. I am very disappointed. And there are no instructions on how to return the two matching pieces that I don’t need. I just wanted the whole set at one time. Thank you.
