I have yet to receive my order so I can’t rate it. I’ve made about 10 calls and every time I call I get told it’s going to deliver the next day by 7 pm. I will never order from this company again. I was told nothing could be done until the item had not been delivered for 30 days and continue to get the run around.

One has come to expect quality associated with the name Bradford Exchange. And normally, a quality item is exactly what I receive. However, I am sorry to say The Bradford Exchange has missed the mark completely when it comes to quality jewelry. Bradford Exchange, you are not a jewelry merchant and I suggest you go back to selling collectibles. The piece you asked me to review is the second piece I purchased and the second piece I am sadly disappointed with. The stones have no life to them, so to wear it, the ring is just flat. In addition, on the underside of the ring itself, there is a black mark. I don’t know if it’s in the ring itself or if the plating is starting to peel already. Next time I want an exquisite piece of jewelry, I’ll go to Danbury Mint. Sorry Bradford.

It's a beautiful ring except for the so called 3 diamonds. There so minute. It would be better if they weren't there at all.
