As part of this order, I paid for 2 day delivery. It took 4 days for me to receive it. The translation is - I got ripped off, and that is what is effecting your overall rating. You really need to look at honoring all of your sales and marketing components. The ring itself is beautiful. Absent the issues with shipping, it is worth the purchase.

It's overpriced for gold plated ring. The rose looks a little bit fake.

Ring was promised before Valentine’s Day. Not received to date now. I called yesterday and was informed delivywould take place by March 27. Needless to say I am not happy as ring was a gift for my wife.

The only thing you got right is that I did order the size 6 Forever Yours Ring, You didn't fill the order. Christmas was a little short this year. Thanks for nothing! Be assured I won't be recommending The Bradford Exchange to anyone in the future.
