Is not as detailed as shows in picture and as nice as neckless that is like it. Dissapointed

Arrived on time in very nice presentation box. Wife loved ring :) I just need to swap for slightly smaller size...Hopefully easy exchange?
I have yet to receive the ring since ordering it the beginning of December. When I called Bradford I was told it's nothing they can do.
