I don’t think anything about it. I haven’t received it! The first one I ordered I got the package and it was opened and no ring in it. So I got on chat and told you all and yall was supposed to send a replacement and have not received a shipment confirmation for it yet!

First time ever being disappointed with a B.E. product. This item showed better online than it actually looked. The pitcher above looks much better than what I received lacked sparkle and very dull looking as if it was old or ventage. I didn't like it at all.

The ring was very pretty and she loved it ! BUT in less tan 24 hours the ruby was GONE ! IT FELL OUT !! The ring has already been sent back to you for replacement. Not very happy for being a first time buyer from you. Thank you, John S. Hill

The ring arrived broken and late I returned it have heard nothing it was a gift for my wife for our anniversary And now because I didn't have the gift for her she has filed divorce so I'm very unhappy with my purchase

Wish it was solid 14 karat gold, but with the price of gold now I guess it’s a decent value for the money.
Good looking ring, but like most jewelry on their site, it’s only gold plated, instead of solid gold. For things as small as thin rings and earrings, these should be solid gold,

Very beautiful ring. Beautiful shine and sparkle. Unfortunately the prongs are all loose and my wife is afraid to wear it and lose stones.
The first day that I received it I wore it for a few hours and the Ruby went missing the personalization I had put in the ring was not even legible
