I did not receive these rings nor did I purchase said rings. Obviously your records once again are lacking acceptable levels. I attempted to resolve the issue with your customer service, however they were so rude that any further attempt would be a waste of time for both parties. I do not normally respond to these inquiries but this company needs regrouping, retraining as working to receive CUSTOMER satisfaction is one of several key points of business, the other would be to make a sale so that labors can be paid. Good day, however I would not of given any stars but it forces me to give at least one.
