The item came damaged, the packaging provided by The Bradford Exchange was totally inadequate for this product and, of course, UPS doesn't care how they handle packages. I have received a return QR code and will have it returned this week.

Firstly, the product was broken; the music part did not work. Instructions said there was three levels to the on switch, but there was only one. It was cheaply made and had an extreme price tag to it. Not worth the money... I am sure shipping did not take that much to ship. You charged an outrageous price to ship it.

very good very pretty
Lights all red one side and all green down middle and all blue of the other side! Same way with the ornaments. Poorly decorated!

It's ok I think it's overpriced kind of cheap made
Quality product, good price, and more to choose from.
I've never seen anything packaged like this way. Like somebody threw it in a box, threw in a little bit of paper (not enough to cushion anything) and let it rattle around while it wound it's way to us. You could shake the box and here it rattle it was that bad.
