My girl love the ring picture look small but diamond big

Was promised a ring I can make payments on was even sent a shipping date and a arrival date and then two weeks later was sent some paperwork saying they needed to full amount before I could get it so I don't know but now I get a email stating they would love for me to ratemy product that I received and hope that I'm happy with it..... They should know more than ever that I never got one so blah!!!
