This was a gift. My daughter absolutely loves it and she gets a little gift every month until she has them all. She says they are beautifully painted and absolutely adorable. I'm very pleased that it turned out to be a nice gift that keeps giving.

Well thought I was buying the whole clock but was buying 2 pieces of the clock. I tried calling 3 x to find out how to get the clock and rhe rest of the pieces once per month. First they have alot of better business bureau complaints for deceptive advertising practices. There customer service is horriable.first day I called was on hold 1.5 hours no answer so 2nd day figured I would use there call back method well im.still waiting for a call 3rd day same same as day 1.

MISLEADING . I'm not into disrespectful reviews. All I will say is to carefully read the entire description before purchasing anything from this company. Had I gone through with this, it would cost 50.00 for each set of 2 figures and .... The Clock doesn't come right away. I didn'teven ask how much it was separately. After further inquiry with an agent, I learned that this cute gift would have cost approximately 600.00 + . Not joking. The information is there, however the wording or presentation is misleading. After a long talk with management , They did return my money. After they sent and charged me twice for 2 of the same figures. It was extremely frustrating. I am waiting to be removed from their email list.

Never received the clock so I canceled the order. You did not give me credit on my charge card and then you BILLED ME AGAIN ! That's double billing for a item I never got ! Please fix this... I had to cancel my credit card for safety reasons due to the fact every time I call I get directed to " INDIA " and can't understand half of what their saying.. This was elusive advertising. It was not clear in the least that this would be a recurring charge. Immediately Cease and desist all future charges for this nefarious subscription that was presented as the one-time purchase of an entire clock and not $70 dollars a month for 1 or 2 items to build a clock over an extended period of time. Ridiculous.

Don't purchase this item. You are being tricked to think you're buying a clock then spend 100.00 for two items to come at a time. Don't buy it, horrible quality just in the two small figurines I received. Stay away from Bradford Exchange!!!

I had no idea I would not receive the entire collection, but have since been told I would only receive two figurines at a time over several weeks intervals with each shipment costing over $65. I still have no idea if and when the clock itself would be sent.
