The personalized plaque is not as pictured as red with large, unique font that is proportionate to size of plaque. Instead it is a cheap little slap on thin plate with basic font that is way too small and the actual personalization wasn’t correct. Disappointed but didn’t have time to deal with customer service agents that were very hard to communicate with.

Product not received. Called customer service was on hold for 30 minutes. Had to hang up The product was promised 8-24-25. In time for my anniversary. I will never order from you again
