I ordered on December 11th and it's December 26th and still have not received the item,it's been nothing but bad,charged twice(2x) for shipping all B.S

Product was nice, but even though I paid 27.00 for fastest shipping, they separated this from the other order and sent it the cheapest way possible, so it never arrived on time. I got ripped off for 27.00.
