I’ve been wanting the nightmare before Christmas clock for three years I finally got the money to get it and check out and give you the option to put down a down payment and to pay for two day shipping so I did that , but then I noticed my item never came in. I called Bradford exchange on three different occasions. I was told the same thing by each one your order was shipped out and it should be getting there. Sorry we’re having some complications but your order will be in soon. Don’t worry never showed up so I called back again only to be met with a different story this time we’re not shipping your item out because you need to pay in full or you cannot receive your product! I said I was not told this at checkout. There was nothing that I said you have to pay in full for your product. I only seen you can make a down payment pay for two day shipping and then do monthly payments …. The lady was very rude and unprofessional , she kept saying well if you don’t have the money to pay for the whole product then you might as well get a refund and she said a matter of fact, I’ll cancel it for you and she canceled it for me refunded what I paid the only thing I didn’t get back was the money that I paid for the two day shipping they kept that .. needless to say my experience with this company was terrible!! I do not recommend buying anything from here!
