I can’t tell you about the product because it was supposed to be delivered on the 20th and it still hasn’t been delivered. I have called to cancel the order but was on hold for a half hour, then asked for a call back and that never happened either

Nice train. This however is not a collection. I got the locomotive and nothing else. No tract no electrical equipment no other train cars. Most confusing purchase I have made from you. I had to order the track separately and am not sure if or when ither cars will be available. I am dissapointed.
