False advertising about what you are getting. As says the tree but you get individual pieces that you pay $60 each piece. It doesn’t say how many pieces make up this collection or when each piece will be available. Quality is good but misleading.

Terrible marketing! This is the product I thought I had ordered and payed $33.82 for express shipping and instead I received a ridiculously small tabletop Jack’s House?!?! When I called Bradford Exchange I was told I had signed up for a subscription series and Jacks House was first piece in the series and no I couldn’t get just the 36” Tree unless I continued the series at $59. monthly! Absolutely terrible and misleading web post …. nothing less than a scam!

This review is based on the bait and switch tactic used by Bradford Exchange. The product marketing was obvious in its selling of a Nightmare Before Christmas tree and as it turns out the bait and switch tactics used and the hidden description that somehow states you only get all of the items in phases as part of a subscription and that each phase costs $60. I had paid a lot of money to rush order the “Tree” to my family only to find out they only received an ornament. So for a total of $100 after tax & shipping they got an ornament. Incredibly disappointed and I feel ripped off.

For a collection item, why would a small piece of it be sent first before the actual tree is sent? The whole reason for purchasing this was the tree and it was a Christmas gift. The tree won't arrive before Christmas. Not a happy situation.

The advertising is misleading and deceitful. You make people believe they are ordering a pre-lit, ornamented tree but that is not the reality. You are stealing money from people using false pretense.

Never received the product I paid for. UPS says it was delivered, but it was never delivered to my home. Not sure where they delivered it.

They should state that it is multiple payments. I paid in full and then was told it was only for 2 pieces and not the whole set.
