Bradford Exchange is NOT the place to buy this ring. I never had issues previously with Bradford Exchange but when I ordered this ring it never came. The day I placed the order I had no issues. On the estimated arrival date I check my email and I had an email saying to call because of a new customer line or I wanted to order too many. I ordered one! Then I get ahold of someone and we redo the whole thing only to have it happen again. This place is so unorganized for example I’m leaving a review to rate an item I don’t even have. I received that email twice though.

Didn't care for it initially. Besides, was too large so sent for replacement. It was pretty ring, but not my style. Only going to keep it because daughter loves it so much.
