I just took it out of the box to give to my wife for her birthday and I received a crooked tree is ridiculous I look like a fool my wife is not impressed I bought a tree last year too and it was beautiful

I returned this item. It wasn't at all what I expected. Also, when I called to get a return label, the man on the phone asked for my credit card information which I thought was suspicious, but I gave it to him, my mistake! Within 5 minutes I got a call from my bank saying there was suspicious activity on that card and I had to close it. I will NEVER buy anything from Bradford Exchange again!! You can't trust anyone these days. BTW, still waiting for the refund on the tree.

Thought 16” would be the tree not including the base so tree is smaller than what I wanted. Also for the cost, it actually looks cheaper. Truthfully was disappointed in it.

I was so excited to get this; it would be a beautiful addition to my decorations… It arrived in damaged box. The star and some ornaments were broken off the tree. Sent pictures to customer service (back in December); no response yet. So sad and it wasn’t cheap!

It arrived broken. The star was broke off the top of the tree and the train rubbed hard around the track creating an undesirable rubbing noise. It must have gotten bent. Returned it before Christmas and still waiting the refund. Will update later if I get my refund. If that goes smoothly I will browse other items on the website.

Product arrived a bit damaged from the shipping company
We need to send it back, there is a grinding noise and the star was broken when received to the receiver which is embarrassing because it was a gift.

The tree is very nice I like everything about it but it only has a switch for lights with the train or lights with the train and music and for whatever reason it will only operate for a little while and sits off lights and train. Wish there was a switch to stop the train and leave the lights on for at least a couple of hours

Someone must have switched it, the tree is not silver. It is a dollar store looking tree (Green) with balls on it. The box was opened when I got it and taped up. I can send photos.

This product did not meet my expectations based on the price point. The silver tinsel tree looks cheap and could be done to look more real. It does work as expected. This item will not affect my overall impression of Bradford Exchange quality but this item missed the mark.

The tree was well packed, but still is leaning to the side. The top is not properly shaped and it is just not impressive for the cost.
