I gave this a 3 because a stone fell out. I emailed them about it and they're sending me a replacement, but I've not received it yet. I'm probably going to retirn it and the replacement back. It's kind of bulky and really not what I expected it to be. Very disappointed.

So, ordered ring for Valentines Day, never received it! Company claims that sent me a new one, tell me why Fed Ex says that’s not a real tracking number! Would not recommend shopping here! Now I’m out 141 dollars! Will never order from here again!!!!
