Never received. UPS still says label printed and that is it. Over two weeks later. Bradford says it was shipped and UPS says they never got it.

Fast shipping, easy order process, good communication, & the quality is very nice. I would highly recommend this product & this company.
This thing is amazing, I have it in my office and it gets so many compliment, The detail on the characters are perfect. Best splurge for myself in a long time.
For the cost of the item, it was very underwhelming. I was on the fence when it came to keeping it because of the price, but the power switch not working sealed the deal. I returned it. I have ordered many times in the past from Bradford Exchange, but this was the first time I have returned an item.

The one leg was coming off bumblebee and it only made one sound with button for sound function. Would not recommend for price

It's a super nice clock and it's very well sculpted. I particularly enjoy that it makes the transformation sound effect each hour. The only thing I'd say it's missing is a light up feature for the matrix, as that would have put it over the top. I'm considering doing my own modification to it to add a light.
I have bot tried the product yet because when it d was delivered, it was completely ðrenchèd in water. The driver put it on our enclosed porch and I immediately went out to get it. The box was so wet, it was felling apart as we picked it up.
