When the item is expensive, do you have to tack on another $20. The items are always very nice, but the extra money is high.

Been weeks still not sure what's happening?
It was easy to buy, and give them my money. Not so easy to set up an account to try to find some kind of information on my order. Just haven't heard anything in weeks and would like to know status. But was not able to waiting on an email to verify my account just to see if I can information.

The stein collection is above average…
The stein collection is above average as an ornamental viewing mugs and the radio controlled wall clock with underwater sea life represents an achievement in time calibration. One note I cancelled on June 15 a $179 dollar change USMC atomic clock and trying to get the refund. I do not know where it was sent but if you still have it you guys and gals could put it toward the leather blue hat and stein collection.

I ordered 2 beautiful pieces from The Bradford Exchange, but never received them. Was really looking forward to receiving and adding them to my collection they look very well made and thoughtfully designed. I still yet to get an answer or email from the customer service department and it’s been about 3 weeks now. Really praying that customer service can help me figure out what is going on. I ordered another item to see if this one would arrive and praying that it will, they have a really unique design and I would love to own some of their work

I got scammed by them
I got scammed by them. they said i bought a collection and i got sent more than one coin. i only have one coin sent and they said i have more on the way. that is not correct. only one has been shipped and they keep scamming and charging me recurrent fees for coins that are not sent. supposedly they cancelled, but i am not trusting them. If I never contacted the customer support, then they would have kept scamming me.

I bought a ring and it was delivered on…
I bought a ring and it was delivered on Friday but I didn't get it, due to it being left in the lobby of my apartment building and it was stolen. I thought that because of them selling nice jewelry and things they would have a delivery system that was more protective of their merchandise. I sent them an email and had no answer yet. I will try on Monday, maybe someone is in the office. So sorry to say this is the beginning and end of our relationship. I got a reply, and they said to send an email. I already did that, with all the information in it. I guess there is no dealing with them. Well I'm happy to say that they gave me a refund, so I feel better. But they should look into their delivery company.
