Recent delivery.
Ordered online as you received 5% discount. Communication about delivery was brilliant and also had phone call to tell about delivery time. Arrived spot on time and driver was very helpful. Only thing I can fault was tried to find white cement, and the website said it didn't have any. Picked a bag up at Bradfords ourselves.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. Purposely ordered with yourselves as delivery on your website quoted 2-3 days. After paying I was told it was 5 days. Ended up having to collect the goods myself. Then, you doubled up and delivered on the 5th day also! Depot helpful at least issuing refund for edging pegs that were too large.

No one at the store seemed to want to help it was all very confusing and extremely frustrating to try and pick up an order that was ordered online and paid for. Needless to say as there are many other builders merchants out there I will not be using Bradfords ever again
