Super speedy service…
Ordered some guttering from Bradfords in the morning, it was delivered to me the same day after lunch. No missing parts of the order. Delivery driver was actually waiting for me as we were in town and I was not expecting it to be delivered so quickly. John the driver informed me that the branch was experiencing a quiet period. I wouldn’t expect to receive this level of service every time, nonetheless I was very impressed and John is a nice chap who is friendly and respectful. I had to return a couple of items from the order as I did not need them in the end and the refund process was no fuss.

we had ordered wood lengths and couldnt get them in the car - a very professional young man stepped in and cut them to size very expertly and loaded our car up for us - real customer service and a real gem for Bradfords Honiton

Exemplary Service
Bradfords service for delivery of my stone and timber was exemplary. Polite efficient and courteous. The driver John was no different to the office staff, his offloading was no problem to him and went out of his way to offload my bags of stone exactly where I wanted them. Many thanks John.

I cannot recommend Bradfords in Honiton highly enough. Every member of staff that I have spoken to has been polite and helpful. Both John-Mark and Gerry were the perfect delivery drivers, ensuring everything was delivered exactly where I asked and had excellent customer service skills. Steve Menday went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is extremely knowledgeable and offered great suggestions until I made a decision of what I wanted. I have been made to feel like a valued customer and will definitely use Bradfords in Honiton for any future projects.

Off the shop floor
We travelled 70 miles round trip to buy a Makita vacuum which had been advertised as clearance. What the advert didn't say was that it was quite marked and off the shop floor. Could be my fault for thinking it was too good to be true. It was, lesson learned.
If it hadn't been for the young man Jamie (@ Honiton) it would have been one star.
Pity really as I had all the batteries and charger with my drill .
