Bradfords is great value
Bradfords had exactly what I needed and the free delivery was great. The branch called to arrange delivery a couple of days ahead. The driver was very pleasant and managed to drop the products where I needed them.

Website issue but all OK in the end.
I ordered on their website and some glitch meant they didn’t tell me my order was ready for collection. Contacted them after 6 days only to find out it had been ready after a few minutes… That said the guy at my local branch was great - friendly, chatty and very helpful.

Ordering process good. Product quality variable.
Ordering online was straightforward and the branch called me to make delivery arrangements which was great.
Product quality was mainly good, but at least one obviously damaged piece of wood that's not fit for purpose.

Got in touch with local Bradfords store…
Got in touch with local Bradfords store to order to DIY materials - simply excellent communications on phone and staff happy to spend time on my questions - very efficient but polite and dealt with me really well.
Delivery driver was super helpful in placing the heavy goods in the best place for me on driveway and even gave me a hand moving some of it to the rear garden. Couldn't have been better and will definitely use them again.

A wheelbarrow from Bradfords
I was very impressed by my recent purchase of a wheelbarrow from Bradfords. I ordered it and paid online. Ten minutes later I had a phone call to arrange delivery. "I'll bring it now, if that's OK" Twenty minutes later I had my barrow.
It's since been put to hard use - demolition work. It stood up well! Thank you Bradfords
