The staff and management at Bradfords’s Malvern always go out of their way to help.
They are very accommodating helping us to get the deliveries on time, arranging special orders or quoting. Can not fault the counter service or cheery staff. Prices generally good and competitive.

I ordered Cold Lay Macadum online…
I ordered Cold Lay Macadum online (click and collect) but you did not contact me by phone or email to advise that the product had come into stock.
I had to phone you to chase it up at which point you advised that it was in stock and ready for collection but I got the impression it had probably been at your depot for several days and you had forgotten to contact me to advise that I could collect.

A Helpful, friendly crew.
What a helpful crew - they kept me up to date with the order and tried to locate a missing item (an 8' fencing post!) - the dlelivery driver was a great bloke -a credit to the company.

The driver was very skilled with reversing the lorry in my lane. Total respect there.

Fantastic value, fantastic service I believe someone called me literally within a minute of placing an order on the website to schedule a delivery.
The delivery guy was awesome as well, lifting the materials to a requested location and was done within ten minutes, very very impressed.

Very happy with our experience!
So impressed with Bradfords. Called me the day after placing my order and had a delivery booked in for a week later, substantially quicker than the website suggested it could be! I realised we needed to add extra items to the order, so called the store and they were so helpful, added the items and had them all delivered at the same time. Super helpful staff at Malvern branch. Can't rate these guys more highly, will absolutely be using them again!
