Only slight niggle was when I tried to phone with a query no-one ever picked up the phone...must have been busy!

Happy overall with the service and quality of items received but 1 of our items was left off the delivery. We were told it would be dropped off 'when they were passing' but over a week later we're still waiting! Update:
'Lost' item now delivered....very happy with the service!!

Excellent service
Excellent service. Couldn't have been more simple. Placed the order online, rocked up to the till, picked up my order form and the lads brought it to the car. Simples. Would've been better without having to go back to the till again to sign out the items I'd just got. Kind of defeats the speed of doing things online. Anyway, still a great way to order online and pick up.

Excellent service - above and beyond from the driver
Excellent service. Phoned to arrange delivery well in advance and met our schedule.
On arrival the driver was turned away by an unhelpful security guard, got in touch with us and we managed to get the delivery through. Going well above and beyond. We would like to pass on thanks to the driver for his help here as it saved the day!

The delivery was very good but I didn’t receive one box of screws I phoned up and was told they were out of stock
I explained I needed them for a job on sat the 23 rd of July .. could they please credit the screws &!I would get them elsewhere the sales person said he would call me back later on Friday but no one called

Communication needs improvement
I've got to say the service would have been 5stars, but the communication from Bradfords was non existent, I ordered on the Sunday afternoon and delivered Monday afternoon, my wife was home, nobody knocked, just left it on the driveway, all I had from Bradfords was a confirmation Email that I'd ordered, no delivery details whatsoever, I even Emailed them Monday afternoon before I knew it was delivered, still no response, great service but communication needs to be improved

I ordered on a Friday evening, Monday I had a call about delivery and Tuesday it was delivered. John the delivery driver was very helpful and was able to put the delivery straight into my garden. Would thoroughly recommend and use again.
