We couldn’t be more happy or impressed with the service we received from Bradfords. We ordered some gravel last week and were contacted by Alfie to check that we had selected the most appropriate colour & size. He recommended a small change based on some photos we sent of our current gravel, and what was delivered is a perfect fit. The delivery was exceptional, managing to fit our needs with the crane despite the narrow lanes around our house. Customer service and product was fantastic, we will be recommending to friends & family for anything like this in future.

Competitively priced products, quickly delivered and the driver went above and beyond, manoeuvring the lorry onto a tight drive to unload the bulky items in the most convenient spot.

The ordering was easy
The ordering was easy. I was informed that delivery would be direct from Forest Products and then given a delivery date. Forest Products gave me a 4 hour window but on the day, it was reduced to 2 hours. It was delivered on time and I was able to track the vehicle and have everything ready for arrival. The timber looks great.

At last.....you finally got some staff who accept that amateur diy people are not experts in everything. The young lady who served me was very helpful and didn't try to intimidate me by asking questions she knew I wouldn't be able to answer.

Delivery on time the driver was very…
Delivery on time the driver was very polite and experienced with the delivery.
I would recommend Bradford’s, great service and the driver used the extension on the truck to put the large bag over the hedge and put the bag where I wanted.
