Very helpful delivery driver, only problem just part order. However after discussion with the shop suitable alternative agreed but not delivered till following day.

Making the Earth Move!
The eCommerce platform made ordering very simple and the personalized follow up from the local branch provided a convenient delivery window for 8 bulk bags of soil and scaplings. The delivery team were also excellent in coordinating the drop off.

I was very pleased with the service & the driver was cheerful & helpful, however I did feel that the delivery charge of£15.00 was very expensive for 8 slabs taken a distance of 1/2 mile.

you offer free delivery with orders over £250. But i had to do 2 trips in my van and take day off work to collect my order because the manager refused to deliver to me. Costing me time and money.
