Great value and service!
Great service from order through to delivery. Driver was really helpful and delivered the goods to the rear of the property on request. Really impressed and would not hesitate to use again.

Poor Customer Service and Waste of Time and money
Placed a large order on the Friday for delivery on the following Tuesday. Had a phone call on the Monday to say that due to bad weather the complete order would be delivered on Wednesday. On Wednesday morning they rang to say that half of the order wouldn’t be delivered, leaving the two trades I had paid for unable to do the work required. Was told that the remaining items would be delivered last drop Thursday or first drop on Friday, however they didn’t turn up until 16:00 on the Friday wasting another day of trades at my expense. Won’t be using again, despite the products being decent, complete waste of my time and money.

Brilliant delivery team
Even though we live in a difficult to access location, the delivery team were brilliant, even arranging a second delivery to prevent some of my order getting wet in the recent storms. Thank you St Austell !

No quibble exchange
While we had to have one door replaced twice due to damage with the exception of one very rude member of staff on the phone all other staff were very helpful and the door was changed without any question.

Delivery instructions not followed :(
I had a tonne bag of sand delivered while at work and gave very specific instructions about where I wanted it to be dropped off. When I got home it was in an entirely different place. Very annoying.
A shame as very quick delivery and normally very good.
