Bradfords at Verwood is not really geared up for DIYers.
It took a while for member of staff to process order.
Seems that a lot of unnecessary paperwork is involved.
Verwood has no Homebase, B&Q, Screwfix or Toolstation. They could make an absolute killing. Often resort to local surplus store.

They had absolutely everything I needed…
They had absolutely everything I needed to do the odd jobs around the home and they delivered everything on time with a smile and a great sense of humour - they have obviously got happy employees.

The responsive and helpful staff on the end of the line. Bradfords was cheaper than I could find anywhere and were super accommodating on the delivery.
Never used before, now are my first option.

Excellent delivery service
Excellent delivery service. Driver, Justin was so helpful for a second time. After placing my order online Bradfords office is a little slow to say which day and rough time delivery will be made. This should be improved. I did get a text and driver phone call just before delivery.

Great delivery in all respects
The delivery was on time, I was given good notice of delivery and the delivery man “Justin” was very pleasant and courteous. He off loaded the bags exactly where I wanted them and was very professional. I would recommend Bradford’s to anyone. The product delivered was also first rate.
