Web site informative and easy to use but a big lack of communication , took nearly a week for delivery and nothing in the way of email or phone calls to indicate delivery day/time ..
I did phone and they where apologetic and polite , Delivery all good and overall happy, would use again

Excellent service! I had put the same order into T & P ( have an account with them) they said they could not deliver as it was collect only.
The timber came within a couple of days and the ready mix came a couple of days later with very helpful lorry drivers.

Helpful Staff in processing Order BUT…
Helpful Staff in processing Order BUT the products ordered and paid for in 1at week of July are still not available. I feel that they should not have been shown on Web Site at a price well below competitors when they cannot be supplied. I have been readily sourced similar product at a competitive price from my normal supplier.
The Star Rating is for polite helpful Staff
