Poor customer support
Dad has dementia.
Misunderstanding over payment. They will say it was my fault. Made to feel that it was totally my fault and therefore I am very disappointed how we have been dealt with. It is a shame after many years of us renting with them . We will not be renewing with them again

We’re very sorry to read this review, particularly after having looked after your father’s stairlift for many years.
We are sorry that our handling of the situation left you feeling that you were being blamed, as this was never our intention. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding the payment.
The £500 stairlift re-loan payment had been overdue for approximately two months, during which time we made several attempts to make contact by both telephone and letter regarding the outstanding payment.
When you subsequently called to make payment, we unfortunately made an administrative error and processed £300 instead of the £500 re-loan that was due. We fully acknowledge and apologise for this error. As a result, however, the account was undercharged by £200 rather than overcharged, and it was this remaining balance that we subsequently contacted you about.
At your request, we also resent the previous correspondence relating to the re-loan and outstanding payment and any conversations that were had.
We are genuinely disappointed that this situation has left you feeling this way after such a longstanding relationship with us. We have always valued your family’s custom and are very sorry to hear that you will not be renewing with us.
